1. Floor Prep

Initially, we start by grinding the concrete surface to ensure optimal adhesion of the new epoxy layer, guaranteeing a longer-lasting result. This grinding approach is top-notch, laying the groundwork for a sturdy coating. Any existing cracks are also repaired to secure a stable and enduring surface.

After getting the floor ready, we add a base layer of epoxy. For floors with flakes or metallic finishes, we add these details right into the base coat, usually on the same day we prepare the floor. If the floor is very moist, we’ll add a special layer first to stop moisture problems, making sure your new floor is solid and lasts a long time.

The last step is cleaning up any leftover flakes and making sure the floor is smooth. We vacuum the whole area to get rid of dust. Then, we put on a clear top layer that’s really tough against sunlight, scratches, and spills, keeping your floor looking great and lasting a long time.
