This 15-Year Limited Warranty outlines the terms and conditions under which EliteCore Coatings guarantees the performance and longevity of our residential flooring installations. 2. Warranty Coverage

EliteCore Coatings provides a 15-Year Limited Warranty on our residential epoxy and polyaspartic flooring systems. Under normal residential use, your floor will remain free from defects in materials and workmanship—including delamination, peeling, or excessive fading—for 15 years from the date of installation.

3. Warranty Terms
3.1 Coverage

This warranty covers:

  • Defects in materials or workmanship that result in delamination, peeling, or visible fading caused by manufacturing flaws.

  • Performance issues under normal wear and tear conditions not caused by external damage.

  • Stains from oil, transmission fluid, radiator fluid, diesel, or gasoline spills—provided they are cleaned within 1 hour of the spill.

3.2 Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage from misuse, abuse, neglect, or accidents.

  • Issues caused by improper maintenance or cleaning methods that differ from the EliteCore Coatings Care & Maintenance Guidelines provided at installation.

  • Floors installed without EliteCore Coatings’ epoxy or polyaspartic products, or hybrid systems with a proper moisture vapor barrier (MVB) base coat when required.

  • Normal ambering or discoloration over time (a natural characteristic, especially with MVB base coats or certain epoxy finishes).

  • Damage from excessive moisture, flooding, or environmental conditions outside recommended usage.

  • Normal wear and tear, including scratches, scuffs, or discoloration due to heavy traffic, concrete movement, or harsh chemicals.

  • Variations in color or texture between product samples and the installed floor.
